1. Why are you interested in the Portuguese Water Dog? What qualities do you find most appealing?
2. What references have you used to research this breed? ( internet, books, visiting breeders)
3. Do you have any concerns with this breed?  ( high drive, barking, jumping, requirement of exercise)
4. Do you have children? If so, list ages.
